"Booking was easy"
I can’t really speak to the whole experience yet, but booking my appointment was simple enough. I found a time that worked for me without too much back and forth, and the confirmation came through quickly. So far, it was easy and low-stress, which I appreciated

"Good repair, but felt a bit ignored"
I came in to get my tire fixed after picking up a nail on the way to work. The repair itself was solid, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated. I’ve been driving on it for a couple weeks now and it’s still holding air fine. That said, the whole time I was there I kind of felt ignored, like nobody really acknowledged me much or kept me updated unless I asked. Price was fair and the tire work was good, so I’d probably go back, but the customer service could’ve felt a little more welcoming.

"Felt a bit rushed and unclear"
The inspection felt rushed, and I left a little confused. I had to ask twice about the brake issue before getting any kind of explanation, and even then I wasn’t totally sure what the problem was or what needed to happen next.

I booked my tire appointment through kosttirepa.com, it was easier than I expected. From my side, the main thing was just getting a time that worked without having to call around, and the site made that straightforward.
I was able to choose the location, check the available appointment times, and lock one in without clicking through a bunch of confusing steps. The confirmation came through quickly too, which made me feel like everything was actually set.
It wasn’t anything flashy, but that’s kind of what I liked about it. I needed to schedule tires, the site helped me do that without hassle, and it saved me a phone call, so I’d use it again

"Took a little longer, but it worked out"
I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, which was a little annoying, but they did get everything done and it turned out fine. Not the fastest experience, but overall it was okay...

I’ve been going to these guys for years now, and honestly... they’ve always treated me fair!! The tire work gets done right, the prices feel reasonable, and I’ve never really had anything to complain about!!! Just a solid place I trust.

"Coupon actually saved me a bit"
I tried using a coupon on kosttirepa.com and it really, really did knock the price down a little. Nothing complicated either, just entered it at checkout and it went through fine. Happy with the savings and I’d definitely check their promos again next time.

"Warranty stuff turned into a whole thing"
I had a tire problem that I was sure should’ve been covered under warranty, but trying to get it handled was kind of a pain. The staff were fine, like nobody was rude or anything, but the whole process felt slow and weirdly unclear. I kept having to explain the same issue again, and then somehow it still didn’t really move forward much. Maybe I missed something in the warranty details, I don’t know, but it felt like it should’ve been simpler. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating enough that I left annoyed.

The staff was really friendly and easy to talk to, and they helped me out without making me feel rushed at all. Overall it was a good visit. I’m only giving 4 stars because the wait took longer than I expected, which feels like something whoever runs this should probably work on

I had my brakes serviced here and they feel solid now, so I’m happy with the work overall. I did end up waiting longer than I expected, though maybe I underestimated how long it was supposed to take. Either way, the job seems to have been done well and I’d probably come back.

The staff was polite and seemed professional enough. I don’t remember every detail, but the main thing that stuck with me was that things felt a bit slow and maybe not as organized as they could’ve been.

"Good communication and easy to work with"
I had a good experience with Kost Tire. They kept things clear and explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated. I got updates when I needed them and didn’t feel like I had to keep calling just to find out what was happening. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is the wait took a little longer than I was expecting, but... overall, they were easy to talk to and helpful.

Bottom line, I found a tire that worked, but I wasn’t really impressed. The selection was fine and had enough options, just nothing that felt special or especially big.

"Front Desk Made It Easy for Me"
In my experience, the front desk staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. I had a couple of questions, and they answered everything without making me feel awkward, rushed, or like I should’ve already known the answers.
Check-in was quick, and I appreciated that they kept me updated while I waited. It wasn’t anything over the top, just solid service from genuinely nice people. I’d definitely feel comfortable going back.

"Fair prices, but I’d still compare first"
I used Kost Tire & Auto Service to get a sense of tire prices before booking anything, mostly because I don’t like going into car stuff blind and risking surprise costs. The prices looked reasonable, but they weren’t really lower than a couple of local shops I called.
I didn’t feel like I got ripped off, which matters to me, but I do wish some of the extra fees had been spelled out more clearly upfront. The final total ended up being close to what I expected, so no major issue there.
Overall, it was fine for pricing. Not the cheapest, not overpriced, just okay. I’d probably use it again as a reference, but I’d still compare with local places before committing...

"The manager got back to me so quickly"
I still remember feeling stressed about the issue, so it was a huge relief when the manager got back to me so fast. They listened, sorted everything out, and made the whole situation feel much easier. Really appreciated it.
